Cancellation Policy



You can can­cel your order within 24 hours, after plac­ing it. You can can­cel the order by call­ing our cus­tomer care depart­ment on 561–571-0656 or send­ing an email to support@zaxonautoparts.com.

 

All tele­phonic can­cel­la­tions should obtain a can­cel­la­tion ref­er­ence num­ber for a future ref­er­ence. Can­cel­la­tion ref­er­ence num­ber is manda­tory for any dis­putes whatsoever.

 

For email can­cel­la­tions, you will receive a con­fir­ma­tion email with the can­cel­la­tion ref­er­ence number.

If you do not receive the can­cel­la­tion con­fir­ma­tion num­ber within 24 hours then please call our cus­tomer care depart­ment to obtain your can­cel­la­tion ref­er­ence num­ber. This respon­si­bil­ity lies on the cus­tomer. All calls to our cus­tomer care depart­ment are recorded for future ref­er­ence and are avail­able on request.

 

In event you want to can­cel your order after 24 hours or after the part being shipped out then you will have to call cus­tomer care depart­ment to dis­cuss it, in this regards email can­cel­la­tion requests will not be entertained.

 

Zaxon Auto Parts reserves the right to apply a 25% restock­ing fee and with­hold ship­ping amounts in the refund for can­cel­la­tions made after 24 hours.
