Return & Cancellation Policy



All return requests must be sent in writing via Email, Mail or Fax to Zaxon Auto Parts.

Note that all OEM auto parts are identified by a unique code or marking.

Items modified or taken apart for testing will not be accepted for returns.

Items returned that are not the original part shipped will not be refunded.

Items returned that are not in the original condition shipped (excluding items damaged in shipping that have been verified by the shipping company and verified by a Zaxon Auto Parts representative) will not be refunded.
If you receive a damaged part or an incorrect part, please notify our customer service department.

DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK BEFORE RECEIVING AN RMA or “return merchandise authorization” from a Zaxon Auto Parts representative.

Returning parts is the responsibility of the customer and Zaxon Auto Parts must be provided with a return tracking number when the item is shipped. The item must be returned within 7 business days of the receipt of the RMA. The return address will be provided at the time we are contacted. Parts must be returned to the location address provided upon receiving RMA. Items returned to Quality Auto Parts will be forwarded to the correct address listed on the RMA instructions, at the customer's expense. Once the item is returned it will be inspected and upon approval a credit request will be forwarded to accounting. Customer refunds are issued once the returned part has been verified and inspected.

ORDER CANCELLATION: If a buyer/customer wishes to cancel an order before the item has been shipped, a 10%-25% cancellation fee may be applicable. If a buyer/customer wishes to cancel an order after an item has been shipped but not delivered, then it will be considered a return and a 25% - 100% return fee could be applied.
